Sumners, suddenly on November 14, 2007. We are the complete consulting service for the performing arts from creating and constructing a new center to renovation of an existing facility and to studies, staffing, programming and audits. The Performing Arts Consulting Associates principals oringinally consisted of Warren K. Sumners and John W. Talbott. Unfortunately our dear friend and beloved partner, Warren K. Sumners passed away suddenly on November 14, 2007. It was a great loss. We will miss him. He devoted his life to our industry. We loved him dearly. We bring to you expertise and hands on experience.
